Does rent income guarantee apply to vacancy periods?

No. It applies after a rent amount has been set, and a tenancy has started with a Mynd qualified, and placed resident. If a Mynd-placed tenant abandons the property prior to lease expiration, Mynd will pay landlord rent until the property is re-rented, up to $5000.
