Why did I not receive a 1099-MISC?

If you did not receive a 1099-MISC form, we may not have your tax information on file or (W9, W8, etc) or your total income for the year did not exceed $600. Please contact owners@mynd.co with the completed document as soon as possible so we can generate your 1099-MISC.
