What is a property turnover, and what does it cost?

A property turnover, commonly referred to as a property “turn,” is the process by which a home is renovated after a renter moves out, so that it is “rent-ready”; that is, ready to be rented to the next occupant.

To help investors navigate the complexity of the renovation process and to ensure that it is completed quickly, Mynd has created a detailed Turns Breakdown document to provide a transparent breakdown of all factors that influence the cost of a turn.
